Under the new procedure, applicants who
participated in the admission competition and were recommended for a state-funded
place or a regular tuition-based place in one of their second to fifth
bachelor’s degree choices can choose to study in their first-choice program by
paying a differentiated tuition fee.
This procedure does not apply to
applicants admitted through targeted admission programs.
Admission to the first-choice program is
possible after the applicant pays the required differentiated tuition fee. The
amount of the fee will be determined by the rector or director of the relevant
higher education institution.
The new procedure applies to all state
higher education institutions, including institutions that have been granted
organizational and financial independence.
