Note: This rule does not
apply to applicants who arrive late, fail to attend without a valid reason, or
are disqualified for rules violations.
Fees refunded for those unable to attend national certificate exam due to valid reasons
If you are unable to participate in the national certificate exams for foreign languages and general education subjects due to a valid reason, you will be admitted to the next exam free of charge or your fee will be refunded.
