As part of the informal Consultative Meeting program, the heads of state of Central Asia and Azerbaijan attended the grand opening of the new five-star Baku Hotel on the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul.
The leaders toured the modern hotel complex and reviewed the recreation facilities and its potential for hosting international events.
The hotel occupies a 17.2-hectare site and features a seven-story building with approximately 30,000 square meters of space and more than 120 rooms, as well as a swimming pool, a water park, and sports and recreational facilities.
