The event
was attended by creative intellectuals, public figures, representatives of the
media, as well as the general public.
The book,
prepared by the creative team of the editorial staff of the Yangi Uzbekiston
newspaper, is considered a widely encompassing collection embodying the
multifaceted state and political activities of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev
during 2025.
The
publication highlights the works carried out in the fields of public
administration, international diplomacy, economic reforms, environmental
sustainability, social protection, science and education based on photographs
of landscapes, documentary sources and analytical commentary.
The
speakers at the presentation noted that the book consistently highlights the
development of the New Uzbekistan, the meetings of the head of state with the
people, the changes being implemented in the regions, as well as initiatives
aimed at improving the status of the state in the international arena.
As the
chairman of the Union of Journalists, Shukhrat Oripov, noted, this book will
reveal in an artistic and journalistic spirit that the head of state lived with
concern for the people, his selfless activity in the name of the development of
the state and human values.
— After
reading the work, the reader will not only get acquainted with the political
processes, but also feel great work for the development of the country,
steadfastness and responsibility, — says Shukhrat Oripov.
Salim
Doniyorov, editor-in-chief of the editorial board of the Yangi Uzbekiston and
Pravda Vostoka newspapers, stressed that the idea of creating the book is based
on appeals from readers and the general public.
— It would
be more correct if we call this idea the idea of the general public. And we
realized that in response to the continuous appeals from readers, book lovers
and subscribers, we must definitely collect such books," Salim Doniyorov
mentioned.
As it was
noted at the presentation, 2025 was a turning point in the socio-economic
development of our country. In particular, the volume of gross domestic product
for the first time in history crossed the line of 145 billion dollars, and the
gold-currency reserve reached above 60 billion dollars.
Based on
analytical foundations, the book highlights not only figures and statistics,
but also the places behind them, consistent reforms, solutions to local
problems, and new approaches to public administration.
The event
participants noted that the book "365 Days caring for the Motherland"
is an important source for political scientists, historians, analysts, journalists,
students and youth, and the general public of book lovers interested in
studying the reform process in the New Uzbekistan.
