During the operation in the
Kuksaroy neighborhood, authorities discovered body parts of a Siberian ibex
offered for sale. An investigation revealed that a local resident, identified
as U.M., had illegally shot and killed the wild animal without any permits.
The act violated national
laws on wildlife protection and hunting regulations, causing an estimated 6.18
million UZS in damage to animal life.
Case files and legal
documents are currently being prepared for court submission to assess the
offense and apply appropriate legal measures.
