This document is a logical continuation of the memorandum of understanding on cooperation signed in 2025, aimed at taking bilateral scientific relations to a new stage, systematically expanding cooperation between scientific institutions, and strengthening mutually beneficial partnership in the fields of fundamental and applied research.

The action plan covers the areas of physics and mathematics, engineering, chemical and biology, and socio-humanitarian sciences. It envisions developing cooperation in priority scientific directions, exchanging experience among scientists, implementing joint scientific research, organizing scientific conferences and seminars, as well as expanding direct ties between scientific organizations within the systems of the two academies.

The implementation of the plan will serve to make effective use of the parties' scientific potential and existing infrastructure, jointly develop promising research directions, and expand opportunities for introducing the results of scientific developments into practice. Special attention will also be paid to strengthening ties between young scientists and researchers, exchanging experience in training scientific personnel, and expanding the participation of representatives of the younger generation in international scientific cooperation.

This agreement is an important step toward further strengthening traditional scientific ties between Uzbekistan and Tatarstan, developing long-term scientific partnership, and enriching mutual cooperation with concrete practical results.
