Department press service Zoir Yuldashev reported that as of April 22, a total
of 22,638 drivers across the
republic had accumulated 5 penalty points. Additionally, some drivers were
recorded as having accumulated up to 10 points within the 22-day period.
According to the regulations, if a driver's penalty points reach 12, they will
be disqualified from driving and their license will be cancelled.
Zoir Yuldashev emphasized
that there is no possibility of transferring penalty points to another driver
or having them deleted from the system. He said that "The only solution is
to obey the traffic rules".
