The
museum’s exhibition introduces visitors to the centuries‑old history and rich cultural heritage of the Joseon royal dynasty,
which held a special place in Korea’s history for
more than five centuries.
The First
Lady of Uzbekistan was shown ancient manuscripts and poetic works by
representatives of the dynasty, traditional attire, as well as other items of
palace culture reflecting the everyday life, traditions, and artistic heritage
of that period.
After
reviewing the museum’s exhibition, Ziroat Mirziyoyeva and Kim Hye‑gyeong held a bilateral meeting.
During the
conversation, which took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, the special
closeness between the peoples of Uzbekistan and Korea was noted — a
closeness based on many years of friendship, mutual respect, and cultural
commonality.
