Modern electric train service launches on Tashkent–Andijan route

Starting September 10, a modern "CRRC-Dalian" electric train will begin operating on the Tashkent–Andijan route instead of the current train. The new train will serve the round-trip route between Tashkent and Andijan.

Train No. 730 "Tashkent–Andijan" will depart from the Tashkent-Passenger railway station at 09:20 and arrive in Andijan at 13:35. While back, the train will make stops at the Angren, Pap, Kokand, and Margilan stations.

Train No. 729 "Andijan–Tashkent" will depart from Andijan at 15:38 and arrive at the Tashkent-Passenger railway station at 19:53. On the return trip, the train will stop at the Margilan, Kokand, Pap, and Angren stations.

The new electric train consists of 4 economy-class coaches, accommodating a total of 357 seats:

1st economy coach— 95 seats

2nd economy coach — 95 seats

3rd economy coach — 72 seats

4th economy coach — 95 seats

Additionally, starting September 10, adjustments will be made to the schedules of several passenger trains operating on the Tashkent–Fergana Valley route.
