According
to the decree, the activities of the Higher School are being adjusted based on
the standards of prestigious higher education institutions in the UK.
Cooperation
between the Higher School and technical schools is being established. At the
same time:
Graduates
of technical schools with integrated educational programs who have successfully
completed their studies in these programs are allowed to continue their studies
in the relevant field of bachelor's education at a Higher school without
entrance exams.;
The
recognition of loans of students who have completed their studies based on
integrated educational programs is ensured by leading partner higher education
organizations abroad.
Starting
from the academic year 2027/2028, the El-Yurt Umidi Foundation is allowed to
finance the following expenses of applicants who have passed the competition in
accordance with the established procedure within the framework of scholarship
programs:
expenses
related to the organization of study abroad for students enrolled in integrated
educational programs provided by Higher education institutions and other higher
education institutions, as well as those who have the opportunity to continue
their studies in foreign higher education institutions included in the top 300
list, in leading branch higher education institutions;
tuition fee
for 1st year (stage) (foundation) programs organized on the basis of integrated
educational programs in Higher Education and other domestic higher educational
institutions for applicants conditionally enrolled in the bachelor's degree
program in higher education institutions.
