Uzbekistan national team left a note of gratitude to Mexico at the "Azteca" stadium

The Uzbekistan Football Association announced this.

In the team's dressing room, a message in Spanish was left on a special board: "Muchas gracias, México! Mucha suerte en el Mundial!" ("Thank you very much, Mexico! Good luck in the World Cup!"). The message was also complemented with the Uzbek word "Rahmat!".

As a reminder, the Uzbekistan national team faced Colombia in their debut match at the World Cup. The exciting and uncompromising match ended with a score of 3-1 in favor of Colombia. Abbosbek Fayzullaev became the author of the historic first goal for Uzbekistan.
