Within the
framework of this procedure, aimed at ensuring the fulfillment of the tasks
defined in the decree of the Head of State No. 103 dated June 2 of this year:
Starting
from the new academic year, club activities in the areas of "Dutor,"
"National Dance," "Young Doira Players," and "Fine
Arts" will be launched in general secondary schools.
In these
clubs, students will be taught in depth for 2 hours per week (72 hours in
total). Additionally, various competitions will be organized among club
members, and talented students will be selected from among them.
The main
purpose of organizing these clubs is to widely promote our national art among
youth and pass it down worthily to future generations.
