According
to the announcement, documents will be accepted online from May 25 to June 14 via the my.gov.uz and ariza.piima.uz platforms. Students who have completed the 4th grade are eligible to apply for
admission to the 5th grade.
The following documents and information are required for the application:

A recent photograph of the student (taken within the
last two months);
·
Birth
certificate;
·
A copy of the student's report card for the relevant
academic year, certified by the school principal, or an electronic report card
verified with a QR code;
·
Passport details of a parent or legal guardian;
·
Contact phone
number.
It was
specifically noted that applicants must have a "5" (excellent) grade in Mathematics and Natural
Sciences in their 4th-grade final grades.
