Citizens
between the ages of 14 and 30 who are included in the "My Register"
have the right to receive assistance. You can apply online through the public
services portal.
Support is
provided to full-time students on a fee-and-contract basis.
Among them
are students of professional educational institutions, students of state and
non-state universities, as well as undergraduate and graduate students from
foreign universities and their branches operating in Uzbekistan.
The amount
of compensation can be up to 50% of the contract value, but it does not exceed
50 times the base estimated value. Applications are considered within 8 working
days.
At the same
time, the program does not apply to students who receive a second and
subsequent higher education, study by correspondence, evening or distance
learning, participants in joint educational programs, as well as students who
pay for tuition under a differentiated ("super contract").
The process
of receiving assistance includes submitting an online application, reviewing it
at the mahalla level, and, if approved, transferring funds directly to the
educational institution's account. Payments are made subject to the terms of
the social contract.
The
implementation of this initiative will expand access to education, strengthen
social protection for young people and create additional opportunities for
their professional development.
