The event
was attended by Otabek Umarov, Vice-President of the Olympic Council of Asia,
First Deputy Chairman of the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan, and
Oybek Kasimov, Secretary General of the NOC of Uzbekistan.
The meeting
was held on the eve of the start of the Asian Beach Games Sanya-2026. It
included reports on the preparations for the upcoming competitions, as well as
presentations of the Aichi–Nagoya 2026 Summer Asian Games.
In
addition, the participants listened to the reports of the structural divisions
of the Olympic Council of Asia and reviewed the applications of candidate
countries to host the Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games in 2030.
