During the
talks, prospects for expanding investment, trade and economic cooperation, as
well as strengthening direct ties between the business circles of the two sides
were discussed.
Special
attention is paid to joint initiatives in the fields of medicine and
healthcare, medical tourism, construction, production of modern construction
and finishing materials, as well as localization of advanced technologies.
The participation
of representatives of the Xinjiang business community in the International
Investment Forum, which will be held on September 25-26 in Nukus, was discussed
separately.
Following
the meeting, mutual interest in further practical elaboration of joint projects
was confirmed.
