The statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan notes the political will and foresight of the leadership of the United States and Iran, shown in the process of reaching agreements. It is emphasized that the agreement reached lays the foundation for a long-awaited peaceful settlement, which is eagerly awaited by the entire international community.

The contributions of Pakistan and Qatar, as well as the efforts of Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and other regional partners, who helped create conditions for achieving critical mutual understanding, are also highly appreciated.

Uzbekistan is counting on the constructive nature of further negotiations and their effective implementation.

The statement stresses that the settlement of conflicts through diplomatic means based on the principles of international law, mutual respect and consideration of the interests of all parties remains a key condition for ensuring peace and global security.
