This was
reported by the press service of the State Labor Inspection.
According
to official reports, based on a written directive from the inspection, a total
of 867 million UZS in wage debts
owed to 49 technical staff members working at the Directorate for the Operation
of Stadium Buildings and Facilities was completely recovered. The outstanding
debt covered several months' salaries for technical personnel, including
security guards, plumbers, cleaners, and electricians.
Previously,
the employees had turned to the media due to the prolonged non-payment of their
monthly wages. It was noted that some workers were facing severe difficulties
in making credit payments and meeting their daily basic needs. The stadium
administration had attributed the delay in salaries to changes in financial
funding sources. Following the intervention of the State Labor Inspection, the
issue has been successfully resolved.
