The document approved the Administrative Regulations on the provision of public services for reimbursement of costs for the implementation of internationally recognized "green" certificates in hotels, defining:

requirements for hotels;

the orders:

submitting an application for reimbursement of 50% of expenses and necessary documents;

reviewing the application and making a decision;

transfers of allocated funds to business entities.

Hotels that do not have tax arrears, are not in the process of reorganization or liquidation, have not suspended operations and have not been declared insolvent by a court decision can claim compensation.

To receive a subsidy, applicants must contact the Public Services Center or submit an application through the EPIG for consideration by the Tourism Committee.

Copies of the "green" certificate, the contract for its receipt and the payment order confirming the expenses must be attached to the application.

The Tourism Committee will review the application within 10 working days. If approved, the compensation will be transferred to the applicant's account within the next 10 business days.

The measure is aimed at supporting environmentally sustainable tourism and the introduction of international standards in the country's hotel industry.
