Yesterday, on September 28, another important and joyful milestone was
recorded in the history of the metro—for the first time, 1,200,124 passengers
were served in a single day.
In connection with this historical indicator, the administration of
"Tashkent Metro" JSC sincerely congratulated all passengers.
On the occasion of this significant event, a special event was organized
with the participation of responsible metro employees to identify the
1,200,000th passenger.
During the event, the lucky 1,200,000th passenger who marked this
historical milestone was identified.
On behalf of the metro team, a commemorative gift, as well as a special
transport payment card providing free use of public transport for one year, was
solemnly presented to them.
Today's result is, first of all, evidence of the growing trust and demand
of the population and guests of the city of Tashkent for metro services.
Serving 1.2 million passengers is the next important achievement in the history
of the Tashkent metro.
