Specifically, during inspections of passengers arriving from various international destinations, customs officers discovered undeclared gold jewelry weighing approximately 691 grams concealed both within their luggage and on their persons.
The preliminary value of the seized jewelry is estimated to exceed 1 billion 20 million soums.
