According to the Decree, from November 1, 2023 to January 1, 2026, a zero rate of customs duty is applied when importing tubers, bulbs, tuberous roots, corms, rhizomes, including branched, in a state of vegetative rest, vegetation or flowering, other living plants (including their roots), cuttings and layering (HS codes 0601 and 0602), according to the Ministry of Justice.

The Decree of the President "On additional measures for state support of the floriculture and nursery industries" (PP No.-341 of 10/23/2023) was adopted.
