During the
meeting, topical issues of bilateral cooperation, including in the field of
state financial control, were discussed. The importance of developing cooperation
between the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Court of
Audit of Slovenia, as well as the exchange of best practices and best practices
of public audit, was emphasized.
At the same
time, special attention is paid to interparliamentary cooperation between the
two countries. It was emphasized that cooperation between the Senate of the
Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the National Council of the
Republic of Slovenia is systematic and constructive.
The issues
of intensifying the exchange of parliamentary delegations, strengthening
effective parliamentary control over the implementation of programs and mutual
exchange of experience in this area were discussed.
Following
the meeting, the parties expressed mutual interest in further strengthening and
developing practical cooperation in all areas.
