According
to the regulations, the Traffic Safety Service of the Department of Public
Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and its territorial divisions are
authorized bodies in this area.
The public
service will be provided through:
EPIG
(my.gov.uz);
mobile
application of the Traffic Safety Service;
public
service centers.
When
applying through the EPIG or the mobile application, the applicant will fill
out the questionnaire electronically.
The
accuracy of the applicant's data entered in the questionnaire will be checked
through an automated system.
The
authorized body in the process of reviewing the application will check:
elimination
of the reasons and grounds for the maintenance of motor vehicles on the penalty
area;
or the fact
of making a lawful decision based on the results of consideration of an
administrative offense case.
Based on
the results of consideration of the appeal, upon confirmation of the above
facts, the applicant is notified within 1 business day via the EPIGA or the
mobile application about the possibility of withdrawing motor vehicles from the
penalty area.
