Uzbekistan to launch information portal for complaints about pressure and violence in the workplace

According to the resolution, in government agencies and organizations, legal entities with a state share of 50% or more in the authorized capital and legal entities in whose authorized capital the share of these legal entities is 50% or more, as well as other enterprises, organizations and institutions, regardless of the form of ownership:

A Program to ensure a safe and Respectful Working Environment in the World of Work (the Program) is being gradually implemented.

Until December 1, 2026, the information portal "Safe and Respectful Working Environment" (Portal) will be launched in the information systems of the Agency for Management Efficiency (Agency) for government agencies and organizations with the following features:

online reception of complaints about pressure and violence using information and communication technologies;

automatic sending of appeals on the facts of pressure and violence committed by responsible employees for maintaining the Portal in government agencies and organizations (responsible employees), their immediate supervisors or officials of government agencies and organizations, to a higher authority of government agencies and organizations;

verification of complaints of pressure and violence, collection of evidence, preparation of conclusions, exchange of information and interaction through the Portal;

storing information on the Portal and preventing the destruction of information about inspections on the facts of pressure and violence, their results, measures taken and other processes;

sending appeals in cases of signs of an administrative offense or a crime of pressure and violence to the authorized body through the unified dispatch service "112" in accordance with the procedure established by law and others.

The Agency is given the authority to submit mandatory submissions for the elimination of violations identified as a result of monitoring through the Portal in order to ensure accurate and uniform implementation of the rules established in government agencies and organizations within the framework of the Program.
